Conditions for candidates of IDG Asia “2020 Asia-Pacific Leading Smart City” and “2020 China Leading Smart City”:
1) The applicant for a participating city must be a government agency of the city;
2) A participating city must have its own smart city solutions;
3) A participating city must have implemented at least one smart city project between January, 2019, to September, 2020; and
4) A participating city must ensure the authenticity and integrity of the information and data provided.
Rights of candidates of IDG Asia “2020 Asia Pacific Leading Smart City” and “2020 China Leading Smart City”:
1) There is no charge for any city in this selection; and
2) IDG Asia provides the special logo of “2020 Asia-Pacific Leading Smart City” or “2020 China Leading Smart City”, which can be used on the city service websites and in other promotional materials of the candidate cities.
Conditions for candidates of IDG Asia “2020 Asia-Pacific’s Leading Smart City Vendor” and “2020 China Leading Smart City Vendor”:
1) A participating company must be an independent registered legal entity;
2) A participating company must have its own website;
3) A participating company must have its own smart city solutions;
4) A participating company must participate in the implementation of at least one smart city project from January, 2018 to September, 2019; and
5) A participating company must ensure the authenticity and integrity of the information and data provided.
Rights of candidates of IDG Asia “2020 Asia-Pacific Leading Smart City Vendor” and “2020 China Leading Smart City Vendor”:
1) There is no charge for any company in this selection; and
2) IDG Asia provides the special logo of “2020 Asia-Pacific Leading Smart City Vendor” or “2020 China Leading Smart City Vendor”, which can be used on the company website and in other promotional materials of the candidate companies.

1) Comprehensive awards, including China’s Leading Smart City Hardware Infrastructure Vendor, China’s Leading Smart City Software Infrastructure Vendor, and China’s Leading Smart City Solution Vendor;
2) Technology awards, including China’s Leading Smart City Cloud Computing Solution Vendor, China’s Leading Smart City Big Data Solution Vendor, China’s Leading Smart City IoT Solution Vendor, China's Leading Smart City Information Security Solution Vendor; and
3) Major sub-market awards, including China Leading Smart Government Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Medical Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Transportation Solution Vendor, China Leading Safe City Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Education Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Environmental Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Energy Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Community Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Building Solution Vendor, China Leading Smart Urban Top-level Design Solution Vendor, and China Leading Smart Travel Solution Vendor.
Presentation of all awards of IDG Asia “2020 Asia Pacific Smart City Awards”:
1) Some feedback of the participants and the awards will be recorded in the post-meeting report of the Asia-Pacific Smart City Development Summit Forum;
2) Case analysis and experience promotion will be conducted on some representative projects or results conduct; and
3) Besides the post-meeting report and online public release (on the official website and WeChat official account of IDG Asia, etc.), IDG Asia will evaluate the summit forum, the awarding banquet, and other offline release methods according to the actual situation, and notify the participants in a timely manner.
The information provided by all participants will only be used for “2020 Asia Pacific Smart City Awards”. IDG Asia will be obligated to keep the confidentiality of the information of each participant.
