Mr. Ye Yuping has extensive experience in IT technology and IT service industry for nearly 25 years; his management experience in IT industry has also exceeded 15 years. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in software development methodology, system design, implementation management and other whole process fields. He also has profound working experience in the company's strategic planning, IT service management, enterprise information construction, product life cycle management and many other related fields.  In addition, Mr. Ye Yuping is also an expert in cloud computing, digital content and marketing with extensive experience and unique insights, Help many cities do digital city and new economy development strategic planning. Mr. Ye yuping was awarded the "top 100 chief information officer of China in 2015" for his outstanding contribution in the field of information technology, and served as the member of the expert committee of China digital economy committee of 100 and the expert of smart city top-level design.

Prior to joining iSoftStone, Mr. Ye Yuping once served as CIO and CTO in Taiwan’s largest information service company—Systex. 

Mr. Ye Yuping holds a master’s degree of computer science and technology from Tamkang University.
