Zhu Kun, the chief engineer of ZTE enterprise business division. He has serviced telecom industry almost twenty years. He is the member of the standing committee of ZTE  experts committee and industry alliance of smart city. He leads ZTE smart city platform planning and design, and participates in the smart city standard of the Department of housing construction. He has abundant project experience of smart city, and has leaded many smart city project such as GuiYang, HaiXi, and YingChuan etc.
