Xu Feng, senior engineer, is currently the deputy director of the E-Government Engineering Center of the National Information Center. He is also a member of the National Geographic Information Standardization Technical Committee, a member of the Expert Committee on the Construction of Natural Resources and Geospatial Information Base, a member of the Evaluation Committee of the Senior Technical Title of the National Development and Reform Commission, and a member of the Expert Group of the Geographic Information Coordination Committee of the National Development and Reform Commission. His main research areas are geospatial information applications, information resource sharing and development and utilization, information system planning and standardization. He has presided over more than 20 research reports commissioned by various government agencies, published 3 monographs, and participated in many information consultation services of ministries and large enterprises.
