Mr. Roger Fang is Director of Business Development of Qualcomm China Smart City and Industrial IoT, responsible for the business strategy, platform and solution planning, and ecosystem partnership and collaboration. He was Director of wireline carrier BD focusing on China market, and Director of Marketing of Qualcomm-Atheros PON product line and PLC in China State Grid market. Mr. Fang has over 24 years communication and semiconductor R&D, marketing, sales, and management experience, received BSEE and MSEE from Zhejiang University and SDSM&T in the U.S..
