Mr.ZHOU Min，Director-General, Public Technology Service Dept. of State Information Center, who is also the Director-General of General Administrative Office of National E-government Network Management Center, Vice Chairman of E-government Sub-committee under China Computer Users Association, panel member of National E-government Engineering Construction, panel member of E-government Research Center of National Academy of Governance, member of IT Consulting Committee of Population and Health, member of Consulting Committee of National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC).
