Mr.Pongsakorn Yuthagovit, graduate in Master degree (1998) and Bachelor (1996) degree of Engineering in Faulty of Electrical Engineering Department Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand). Mr.Pongsakorn currently working in industrial business power system planner more than 16 years. His responsibilities are to set up sub-transmission and distribution system projects for serving demand growth and improving power system reliability, to perform conceptual design according to PEA planning criteria, to do feasibility studies consisting of technical analysis, power flow studies, short circuit analysis. Furthermore, he has alternative analysis, economic and financial analysis, and arrange any procedures for selecting a consultant for technical assistance. As a member of Planning Committee of PEA Smart Grid Development, Mr.Pongsakorn responsibility to consider and propose the sustainable PEA smart grid projects support to the committee Board of Directors of Power Electronic Authority (PEA). In 2015, He had appointed to be Manager of Smart Grid Project at Pattaya. According his professional and expertise in Smart Grid area Mr.Pongsakorn had many guest speaker seminar in Germany, Indonesia, Thailand and etc. In additional, Mr.Pongsakorn had publication of “Reliability Analysis of Electrical Distribution System with Consideration of Voltage sags and protection System Operation”.
