Dr. Lin Gao,Male, Born in July 8, 1973.

1996-1999   PHD graduate, Northeastern University

1999-2001   Post-doctor research, Tsinghua University

2001-2003   IT Engineer, AIA Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. 

2003 -  Present  Work in China Electronics Standardization Institute

He is now the manager of IT Standard Research Center, and Vice Secretary General of China IT standard technical committee (SAC/TC28), managing the operation of the Center and several national standard developing projects.
