Mr. Guohui Cao, CSST Chief Strategic Officer and Senior VP, is the core experts of China Security Industry in the 11th five-year plan /12th five-year plan, the distinguished expert of China Information Industry Association, China Security & Protection Industry Association, Shanghai Pudong Smart City Research Institute, and the member of the IOT Experts Group of China Communications Industry Association, Research Center of Smart City. And he still hosts the council of Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the vice team leader of the Strategic Group of China Security Industry Expert Committee, and the honorary editor of IOT & SMART CITY and editorial board member of “China Security &Protection” , “China Security and Protection Industry Year book”,  “Global Economy and Chinese Economy”.
