Zhou Daliang graduated from Peking University with a Master’s degree in 1997 and joined PKU Founder Group in July the same year. In 2002, Zhou founded Beijing Easymap Information Technology Co., Ltd. and acted as the Chairman of the Board of the company. Zhou was appointed as a Member of the Board and vice president of Founder International Co., Ltd. in 2011 and CEO of the company in 2014.

Zhou’s main research direction is: provide products and solutions focusing on spatial information technology for digital cities and the field of public security. He has many years’ industry experience in developing GIS software products.

Zhou is a part-time professor of Capital Normal University, vice chairman of the Marketing Committee of China Association for Geographic Information Service, compiler of the PGIS series standards of the Ministry of Public Security, security consultant of Beijing Olympic Games, and an outstanding innovative entrepreneur in China’s national electronic information industry in 2014.
